The Passaic County Community College Hamilton Club is located in Downtown Paterson, NJ. The property was completely renovated in three phases in 1998. The first phase was the complete interior demolition and renovation including abatement of existing hazardous material that were present. The installation of new finishes including terrazzo tile flooring, wall coverings and lighting. Phase 2 consisted on the removal and replacement of all existing windows, blocking and flashings. Phase two work also included the restoration and repointing of the exterior brick façade along with all the repair of all existing exterior masonry work. Phase three was a complete roof replacement along with replacing wall copings and rebuilding of the existing terra cotta cornice around the entire perimeter of the building.
