The Passaic County Community College Center for Emerging workforce is located in Downtown Paterson, NJ. The property is being completely renovated in three phases. The first phase was the complete interior demolition and abatement of existing hazardous material that were present. Phase 2 consisted the replacement of all existing windows, restoration and repointing of the exterior brick façade along with all the repair of all existing exterior masonry work. Phase three will be a complete interior fit up with the latest technology to aid in teaching students the latest trades.
