The Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology was renovated in 2013-2015. It was originally an abandoned warehouse that was purchased and designed to house upwards of 1000 students. The new facility consists of general education classroom, science labs, gymnasium with a stage to hold events, kitchen, cafeteria and a media center. A complete façade renovation and window replacement was done utilizing the existing masonry opening that were part of the original warehouse
