The Passaic County Police Academy facility is a steel and masonry, 1 story structure located in Wayne, NJ. It houses administrative offices, training facilities including mock intake and finger printing simulation spaces, Multi-Purpose Room with a full basketball court, Lecture Hall with a capacity of 150+ trainees, weight training room, locker rooms, classrooms and a Cafeteria/Lounge space. Major site work was required including excavation and rock removal, site drainage and retention including inlet and outlet structures and associated piping, site grading and landscaping, utility connections and tie-ins including domestic water and fire service, gas, sanitary sewer and a new electric service with a gas fired standby generator.
